Macmillan Coffee Morning

Now that we have our fabulous marquee and it is all set up with safety and social distancing in mind - we are so excited to be able announce that nothing is stopping us and we are going to host our annual Macmillan coffee morning once again on Friday 25th September from 10am - 2pm.

And because it has been such a rubbish year for charities all round we are determined to try and knock spots off our last year’s total which was an amazing £675.00 and really help try to make a difference.

As ever we are looking for some help, so if you would like to bake a cake, sell a cake or three, and help sell raffle tickets or maybe you even have a raffle prize up your sleeve then we would love to hear from you.

It will be a cash only set up on the day, and cakes that are bought can either be eaten outside on our socially distanced benches or taken away to be enjoyed at home. The boathouse will be operating in its new normal way!

My gosh - we are so looking forward to this year’s event - it is lovely to think that at last we are actually doing something totally constructive for charity!
