We're a month in already!

If time flies when you are not particularly enjoying yourself then I cant imagine how quickly it will shoot by when things get back to normal!

So far this year hasn’t really been particularly joyous or inspiring in terms of weather and COVID, however at White Mills we are certainly not ones to dwell on the negative, in fact - quite the opposite!

Our team are definitely glasses half full kind of people, which makes looking forward so very exciting. And we are all looking forward. From Carrie and Sam in the boathouse to Gary and Kay in the office, their positivity is infectious! Carrie and Sam may not be at work at the moment, but you can bet your bottom dollar that the duo are busy plotting and planning for when they can open the doors once again. New recipes, menus special events, who knows what they have up their sleeves! And as for the marina, well Gary and Kay have been beavering away working on new initiatives in readiness for welcoming new boaters, and visitors once the River re-opens and COVID restrictions are lifted.

Finally, camping and caravanning looks set to be hugely popular in the Summer as folks begin to emerge from their enforced hibernation in the form of lockdown. Already we are receiving numerous calls from Camping and Caravanning Club members wanting to secure their pitch. So if you are contemplating camping later this year, please don’t delay.
