Being an established river based marina it was inevitable that operation weed cutting would have to get underway at some point. And so today was the day and wow what a job it has proved to be! Our expert contractor has been a true miracle worker; from the moment he revved his engine at around 7.30am this morning it was full steam ahead until nearly 5pm. We had a terrific team helping to move boats (bacon rolls provided the necessary sustenance) enabling him to have as clear a run as possible.

The amount of weed that was cut and removed was absolutely amazing. So huge thanks to everyone who helped today, and lets hope for an equally productive day tomorrow. Enjoy the video!
